Mary Huggins taught for 21 years in Texas public school systems. She has been studying various kinesiologies and massage since 1998. Mary loves finding interesting new ways to present materials and ideas. Her teaching style is 'involved', 'hands-on', with patient rephrasing of the more challenging material. Mary is fun-loving yet very dedicated to her work.

Mary is a certified Touch For Health instructor, registered with the Touch for Health Kinesiology Association (TFHKA). TFHKA is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork as a continuing education provider under Category A. TFHKA is also an approved continuing education provider for Registered and Licensed Practicing Nurses in most states. The Texas Department of Health has approved Mary Huggins to provide Continuing Education credits for Texas Registered Massage Therapists.
